I’m an ordained minister in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America serving a church in the wild American West.

I love stories, people, and the way people and stories change each other over time.

I also love (in no particular order) tea, my two cats, redwood trees, books, the California coast, collage, good preaching and worship, Mount Shasta, and music.

    Hi, Rebecca,
Good stuff. I really like your blog on the music concert. Good insight into the dynamics and into the gospel lection about the baptism of Jesus.
    Peace!

John & I just read your first chapter and you have hooked us both. Certainly I can see how your insights and thoughts on discernment (with PASSION) are still important in my own life, in spite of and because of “retirement”. We’ll be getting a copy of your new book soon!
